In the first seven days you will:

The course itself is sooo enlightening, I met some wonderful women who I am 100% sure would give just as shining review as I am now, but it was easy to understand. Hannah was clear, she explained why we were doing what we were doing, and outlined the steps we needed to take day by day, in an encouraging and clear manner.

During the course I have quit smoking! I have been struggling to do this for 8 years now…..I am a week no cigarettes today . This has changed my life in itself, I no longer have that reaction of needing a cigarette when stressed, I get more time with my children and my 3 year old is over the moon that mummy isn’t always leaving for cigarettes now – I had so much mum guilt for this previously so this is a huge stressor gone!

I have found the meditations to be so powerful! I cleared my self doubt to the point that I am now having an intensive acting course with one of the top screen method acting teachers in London (again online…we are in lockdown) which is something I wouldn’t have even considered before this course. Further to this I have reached out to some theatre groups, have applied for the voice to boost my entertainment CV and I now feel like I am 100% capable of reaching my dreams! I have had these dreams since I was 6 but had the beliefs that it was unachievable, that I wasn’t good enough, and that there was no possible way for it to happen.

I finally feel happy every day! Not all the time mind, but when I do have the wobbles I don’t even consider getting bowled over by them! I don’t blame myself anymore. I don’t doubt myself anymore. I AM worth it! I AM good enough! I CHOOSE to be the BEST MUM for my wonderful children!
